Visa and Duty Free Americas (DFA), the largest operator of duty-free shops in the Western Hemisphere, renewed the expansion of their agreement to provide special benefits to Visa cardholders.

This agreement now covers the DFA store on the Panama-Costa Rica border in Paso Canoas, Panama's Tocumen International Airport, and Punta Cana International Airport in the Dominican Republic.

DFA offers a wide range of products from the world's finest brands, including cosmetics, fragrances, fashion, jewelry, wines, spirits, food, exclusive gifts, and more.

Travelers using Visa credit, debit, or prepaid cards issued anywhere in the world can access these benefits when making purchases at participating Duty Free Americas stores, as well as in restaurants and bars.

"From now on, we are present in duty-free shops, convenience stores, restaurants, and also border stores. Visa strengthens its relationship with Duty Free Americas by extending this agreement to offer various exclusive benefits to our cardholders," said Alfredo Preciado, Senior Manager of Cross-Border Business Development for the Caribbean and Central America at Visa.

"Our partnership with Visa is transforming the airport shopping experience," said Dov Falic, Vice President of Duty Free Americas.
